I would say those are the actual interior
aluminum walls with the paint removed and the
walls polished to a brushed finish (we do
something like that in jewelry finishing with a
special textured buffing wheel).  It's just like
the high polished pics Tom posted of those
trailers in Arizona (or the ones you can find
online of Rutger Hauer's custom movie star
Airstream).
