Tom: It looks like something temporary that gets set up on poles like the ones they used for the awnings. Don't know if I'd want this thing flapping around me or collapsing in the slightest breeze, but I bet list members could quickly improve this design. It does look like just the thing for a smaller unit that can't be adapted to have a floor drain.
