SofTub is a spa. Various diameters, about 24" deep. The heater/pump is a separate unit, runs off 120vAC, has a built in GFCI. You may be thinking of the solar spa thingies like a blow-up kiddie-pool they sell in Outdoor Yuppie... I think they have a reflective/absorptive surface... no idea how warm they get under what conditions.
