         The company is actually Barker- 
http://www.barkermfg.com/about_us.htm- but I cannot find anything about 
your antenna, the Skyliner on this website. One place that I found with 
parts availability was Marks RV-  http://www.marksrv.com/antenna.htm .

         I actually think that your antenna is the best made, though the 
mechanism is a bit persnickety (I can't believe that the word was in my 
spell checker!). In my opinion, the Skyliner starts with a very good 
"physical" arrangement, and a good signal amplifier can be added to enhance 
the reception.
