I use to work at Boeing as a passenger floor structure design engineer.
The drafters drew it, the stressors stressed it, we approved it, and the
titanium factory extruded it.

I'll try and call some old friends and see just what factory it was,
that produced it.  Although, I'm assuming that for channel and I-beam,
it could just be ordered, since it isn't some weird shape, albeit pricy.

State secret, no.  Boeing proprietary, probably.
