Hi Steve,

Thanks for the offer; however, let me look a bit more locally before I take
advantage of you.

I wondered about the lack of a vent until I looked inside the fill cap.
There wasn't a seal washer and the cap is specifically designed to prevent
being sealed - the cap is the vent!
