gotta keep the dog cool in the california power blackouts!
does anyone have some quick thoughts on a brand of quiet generator capable
of handling the needs of an air conditioner?
for that matter - what is a good air conditioner to buy if i need a new one?
camping world has duo therm "brisk air" and "penguin" and coleman.
i see that camping world has air conditioners that range from 10 to 15.5
amp draw and that they have yamaha generators with numbers like:
Rated/Max. AC Output: 850/1000 watts
Rated AC Current: 7.1 amps/120V
how much generator do i need to keep that going and what do i need to have
the generator automatically switch on when the power from the post fails?
PS. if you couldn't tell - i'm not to up on my amps and kilowatts and such
