I believe that 14x14 is the current standard size.
If it is and all you need is the vent cover you could go to any RV dealer,
repair place, or store to purchase one. It would be plastic, but you should
be able to make it work.
If you need more than just the cover you might be
looking at replacing the entire vent. If so you may wish to look at a Fantastic
Vent. I do not have one, but am told that they live up to their
name.
