Ed,
I won't name the A/S service center because that would identify the CW
outlet, but the A/S service manager told me they do lots of roof segment
replacements compliments of the CW in their area. According to him,
technicians who know little about A/Ss climb up on the roof and cave in a
segment or two when installing or repairing roof mounted a/c units.
