Marc,

Michelin still makes the XCA truck tire in 700 R 15.  This is the one
Airstream installed as the radial tire option many years ago.  In my opinion
these are the BEST tires for the Airstream.  Steel belt, steel ply, damn
near bullet proof, but most important ROUND.  You can pump them up to over
80 PSI if you want and really  ROLL!  The tread compound is on the hard
side, and will give phenomenal mileage.

Most tire dealers don't even know these tire are still made.  Michelin made
the XCA in many sizes years ago, but stopped making all but the 700 R 15 -
just the size you need for the Airstream.
