Pentachloraphenol - if you can find it.  sometimes called PENTA.
Unfortunately the EPA or some other do gooder outlawed this stuff about 20
years ago.  It was the active ingredient (5%) in the original formula of DAP
WOODLIFE.

You might also try Zinc Napthanate (clear) or Copper Napthanate (green).
The Copper version may be history also.

Check marine supply shops.  Also, Sherwin-Williams Professional paint
stores.  Sherwin-Williams bought out Cuprinol (the company, and brand name
of these wood preservatives)  S-W still makes and sells Cuprinol products,
but I don't know the current active ingredient or if they have reformulated
the product.
