If the serial # is O- 4099, it is a 26' Crusier made in Ohio in 1954 (not 1956). Restored original Cruisers are rare, but beautiful trailers. Have a picture of one interior on the website.http://vintageairstream.com/archives/index.html
Price is about right unless it has floor damage or has been messed up inside.
