Hello All,
If you water it down it might get into the seams of the panels and cause
leaks. Paint it on, wipe it off with lacquer thinner and you won't have
leaking seals. A plastic putty knife will help scrape off the clear coat and
not damage the panels. Washing it down could get the stuff in the seals and
cause you to reseal the unit.
