I pulled my 63 Bambi across the Rockies 3 times with just a regular hitch,
and with a 4 cyl Toyota SR5 Xtra Cab pickup with a fibreglass cap and rear
air shocks. Trailer had a regular load and a full tank of water. It went
just fine...kept up with the flow of traffic, no engine, tranny, clutch or
other problem. I thought that's what Airstreams were supposed to do.
