Berger:

  It is a International Harvester Co. "Travelall" of the
style produced from 1961 to 1968.  They came in 1/2 ton and
3/4 ton models, both 2X4 and 4X4 drive.  IH trucks
("Cornbinders") were favored by 1950's and some 1960's
Airstream Caravanners.  A photo of the radiator grill will
help nail down the exact year.
