The '65 GT still had the Hehr 1200 series windows.  The '66 had the formed 
Corning/Phillips windows.

The good news is that you get the hooks from http://all-rite.com/hehrwindowparts.html  
They come in red, but you can strip the paint off.

The C shape hinge extrusion will have to be duplicated by a welding or sheet-metal 
shop.

A November Mfg date may mean that you actually have a '66 Globetrotter as the model 
year started in October, just like the automobiles.
