Some water caps were equipped with chains. Some were drilled for a shrader valve for presurizing the water system externally. If you seal the threads of the bolt with some locktite or pipe dope, they should hold the tank pressure if you are still using the original pressurized water system, other wise a damand system doen't put pressure on the water tank.
