I've learned never to tell anyone else about the numbers. It always sounds like more than it is. When questions come, I answer softly in low tones.
One of my favorite comments goes something like, "Yes, it's fun to read a few pages of email text and learn something new each day."
Or, my comment is something like, "Reading my email during TV commercials is better for me than going to the refrigerator."
By the way Jim, who said any of us WERE in our right minds?
