A local place that didn't care much about OPDs and age limits was able
to certify my tanks, install new valves, and fill them for about $60.
Two thirty pound tanks. After that I replaced the regulator, the hoses
to the tanks and the flexible pipe from the regulator to the plumbing.
One of the new tank hoses leaked from the first pressure test so I
replaced it already.
