Thanks Dan,
You've heard of sand blasting? Well now they can use baking soda. It is gentler on
the metal and didn't scar the aluminum. It did a great job. Then the boss and I
spent a day just sealing every seam or seal we could find. Then off the the only
paint booth in Idaho big enough to hold it. Three coats of block sanded Urethane
primer and two coats of Dupont Centari.
The rock guards are current production Airstream standard width rockguards. At
current prices, the rockguards cost less than ONE wrap window. Plus they protect Jim
Ambruso's curtains, and they look cool.
