[VAC] Vulkem 116 clean up

I just did a bit of caulking on my Caravel. Then I found my shoes
decorated aluminum. Odorless mineral spirits cleaned up the shoes
nicely. I didn't check to see how it might have worked for leveling the
seams. I'll let the weather do that.
