[VAC] CAR RADIO

The old 1967 chrysler car radio that was installed in my airstream quit working.  I have another car radio (2000 model)  How do I install this?  I have a small red wire from the radio and then the large aluminum wire coming out of the wall where the old radio was.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  Thanks.
