We stayed at a KOA (I think) on the south end of Custer State Park, near Mammoth, I believe, they are kinda packed in tight, but since we bassically only were in the camper during the night, it was OK for us, there was a lot to see, so we' we're at the campsite all that much, always out and about.

The place was very clean and well kept.

Greetings, all, On our upcoming cross-country soiree, we're planning a stay of a day or so near Mt. Rushmore/Custer State Park, SD. We've noticed that, in that area specifically, there are about 10 likely-looking places to park the old 'stream. So, I thought that I'd find out if any of you folks had any faves in that area, or anything in particular to avoid, etc. Thanks very much for your time!
