Personally, I wouldn't worry about it- Beatrice owned Airstream
from December 1967 to September 1979, but in my opinion, they really didn't
do much to the quality that wasn't happening in general anyway (as others
have said).
I've had a '75 and now a '78- and they are both well built
trailers. I have a friend who bought an '83 new- and the design quality was
*far* below that of the "Beatrice years".
