"Kit Sullivan It has been announced for the past couple of years that Tedra is
not going to publish another of the Airstream Parks books since many of them are
no longer "only" for Airstreams. It is a great little book to add to you
collection of
places to park....BUT in the back of your WBCCI Directory are two more options:.
COURTESY PARKING.....which is another A/S owner has room for 1 or 2 visiting
trailer to stop for a night or two or more and they usuallly will proviede water
and electric and friendship plus a wealth of info about interesting things to see
and do in the area........the other is a list of campgrounds which give a discount
to A/S
owners. For building your personal collection of campground information there

is a book of National Parks, monuments and BLM lands where there is public
camping for a very reasonable fee and then some of the nicest federal
campgrounds are the Corp or Engineers and they have individual flyers for each
site
all over the USA you can write to their headquarters and request those for
particular areas or pick up some at a COE camptground (many of them have w & E
at each site.....Go back in the Achives and get the lists by Terry Tyler of
hundreds
of other reasonable or free parking sites. Pearl in SoCal
