How big is your trailer?  You can get a non-motorized device that might help. 
 Basically its sort of a hand truck with a hitch ball on it.  These work 
great for moving reasonably sized trailers in parking lots.  i never used one 
in the lawn, but it would surely be tougher.  

I think these tools cost about $100-$120 from places like Norther Equipment 
Co.
