Oh, Yes, it's an Airstream product. That little orange sticker under the entry
door pull handle says so. Until 1994, ownership of the Argosy, Argosy motorhome,
along with the Landyacht trailer and motorhome was "unacceptable" to qualify for
club membership. Kind of a red headed step child. Of course Airstream delighted
in using them for experiments in production. Those glorious big front windows
were used in the Argosy five years before you saw them in an Airstream. If you
wanted a motorhome before 1979 it would have to be an Argosy. But now all is
forgiven and "us" Argosy owners are good enough to be included.  ;)
As the book says, it's the history of Airstreams, not of the company.
