Most any truck parts dealer carries Signal Stat (the company
was bought out some years ago but the product line has been
maintained).
The lenses are inexpensive, as is the entire fixture. I bought
a bunch of them several months ago, but don't recall the price. I had to
replace several fixtures too, used stainless steel screws to fasten them.
