I am using Vagrant with Chef Server enterprise to extend a current recipe but I wondering why my local recipe is being picked up from the chef server as opposed to file system where I am making the code changes, I am using berkshelf and tried setting the file path might work but did not either. Since by default it looks like Vagrant is not using the local file recipe its a part of during provision, I would appreciate way to force Vagrant or maybe its Berkshelf to resolve the recipe from the filesystem.
