After clean Vagrant 1.4.3 setup under Windows 8.1 (VHD Boot) having
following issues:
- On command vagrant up error message
- DL is deprecated, please use Fiddle
- On command vagrant ssh error message

- `ssh` executable not found in any directories in the %PATH%
variable. Is an
- SSH client installed? Try installing Cygwin, MinGW or Git, all of
which
- contain an SSH client. Or use the PuTTY SSH client with the
following
- authentication information shown below:

- Host: 127.0.0.1
- Port: 2222
- Username: vagrant
- Private key: C:/Users/smersh2/.vagrant.d/insecure_private_key
After googling on first error messages found that it was already reported
(please see https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/2656)
Resolving second error may have different solutions. Any suggested one from
Vagrant developers ?
