Hi:

Have you tried with previous versions of vagrant and vagrant-libvirt plugin?
There may be some backward compatibility problem with current version 1.4.x
and vagrant-libvirt.

Try with while issues are fixed:
- vagrant 1.3.5: http://downloads.vagrantup.com/tags/v1.3.5
- vagrant-libvirt 0.0.11: vagrant plugin install --plugin-version=0.0.11
