I was able to get Ghost-Vagrant-Chef-VirtualBox going successfully and created a public github repo you can use to try it out here: Ghost-Vagrant Example <https://github.com/dmin7b5/ghost-example>. There are detailed instructions in the README.md file. I also have a blog series on how I migrated everything from Wordpress to Ghost here: http://blog.jeff-owens.com/migrating-from-wordpress-to-ghost/. Hope it proves useful to you.
