Just recently I've created a simple Vagrantfile + Chef script (using Vagrant-Berkshelf plugin) to spin up a VM with git, maven and java.
My understanding is that my Vagrantfile and Berksfile will be managed under source control. Then, users will get the latest, and then run `vagrant up --provision`. Berkshelf will handle all cookbook dependencies, and then install/provision the right libraries. That lifecycle makes sense to me. However, how would I use Vagrant and Berkshelf without the Vagrant Berkshelf plugin? I don't know what this life-cycle looks like. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Vagrant" group.
