you should be able to see the plugin name with:
vagrant plugin list
then:
vagrant plugin uninstall hostmanager
[root@ml330 ~]# vagrant plugin uninstall -h
Usage: vagrant plugin uninstall <name> [<name2> <name3> ...] [-h]
-h, --help Print this help
[root@ml330 ~]#
