Assuming those log entries are directly from vagrant (and not a provisioner), would they still show up when the Vagrantfile has no provisioning commands in it? Is the log that those lines are written too the same regardless of distribution? For example, my ubuntu box doesn't even have a `/var/log/secure` log. It doesn't seem like that'd be a relatively universal method of detection.
