Ryan, For the "build_dir" there actually isn't. Please open an issue and I'll add this since it makes sense.
I just want to note that for _other_ synced folders, you just specify the options as if the Docker provider were the only thing, and the Docker provider properly pushes thoes options into the proxy VM.
