I'd like to tie additional actions to 'vagrant up' and 'vagrant destroy' by making appropriate modifications to my Vagrantfile (specifically I want to dynamically create and destroy aws entities (like subnets) utilizing aws ruby sdk and/or modifications to vagrant-aws plugin)
