I have the same problem as Nadeen, but I also get an error if I try to "start" the VM from VirtualBox. I doubt that I can access BIOS on my m/c - same model as Nadeen is using, but a shared campus machine with fairly restricted access to the dangerous bits. Is there something VERY OBVIOUS we are both missing, or is this VT setting problem common to Dells under Windows 7?
