Apologies if this is closed or solved already. I've come across similar
issue where the sudo (like your forever binary) binary file is in
/usr/local/bin/sudo instead of /usr/bin/sudo (where vagrant expects it to
find). So a simply symlink for sudo binary and the sudo configuration file
to /etc/sudoers should solve any sudo "command not found" issues.
