Vagrant is installed to C:\HashiCorp\Vagrant, from a download from the Vagrant website.
I have reinstalled Vagrant and VirtualBox just to be sure and rebooted (had already tried this route a couple of times already). Still the same result - nothing on the command line, straight to a pop-up window "vagrant.exe has stopped working." Neil.
