Hey Chris - Are you typing the *config.vm.box = "precise32.box"* line into your command prompt? That's a line you need to put in the Vagrantfile that *vagrant init* generated for you. Open up the Vagrantfile with a text editor and make the appropriate changes there.
If you get stuck, post back here with what went wrong!
