You can add the modifyvm commands that you use in Virtualbox to the 
Vagrantfile to make those changes to each box. 

Replace memory and 1024 with --natnet1 and the ip range like 127.0.1.0/24 
for each VM.

 config.vm.provider "virtualbox" do |vb|
    # first setup requires gui to be enabled so scripts can be executed in 
virtualbox guest screen
    #vb.gui = true
    vb.customize ["modifyvm", :id, "--memory", "1024"]
end
