Hi: I am running a VM configured with Windows Server 2012. I am able to package, add and initialize the box perfectly fine. However, when I run vagrant up, the VM boots up and is functional, but Vagrant is not able to get past "Waiting for VM to boot...". I have enabled the GUI, set the network ports (I am using WinRM) and turned off the password on startup on the VM so there should be nothing inhibiting the process. I am also using the latest version of Vagrant. Would anyone know how to fix this and get it past the booting stage? Any help on this issue will be greatly appreciated!
