That's great, especially the Puppet 4 support. Unfortunately there appears to 
be a problem on Windows in that the provisioner can't verify the puppet install 
on the guest, which then causes an error and the provisioner therefore doesn't 
run. I have raised an issue for this at the place suggested (v1.7.3 Cannot find 
puppet install on Windows #5943). I note at least one other user has also 
experienced the same problem.
