Not sure if follow.

Can you:

vagrant destroy (this will delte the vm)
vagrant up

then

VBoxManage list vms

find the uuid of the vm

VBoxManage showvminfo <uuid>
vagrant ssh vmname -c "/sbin/ifconfig -a"
Share all that in a gist with the Vagrantfile you are using

With that I can have a look :)
