Hello, 2 things to check.
1. You need to use config.ssh.insert_key = false on the base you are doing. Otherwise Vagrant will insert a new ssh key. With this you keep the insecure one. 2. remove if present /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules With that should work.
