Hello!
If you know the file you want to use, or the command you need to run, will be
quicker if you tell Vagrant to create the interface, but not configure.
config.vm.network "private_network", ip: "192.168.50.4",
auto_config: false
Then, you can use a shell provisioner to copy a file from /vagrant/ to the
location you require and start the interface manually.
Or you can use a shell provisioner to run the command you need:
ifconfig …. etc
If you got this way, you can tell Vagrant to always run that script. (By
default a provisioning script will run on first time)
config.vm.provision "shell", inline: "echo hello",
run: "always"
