Upgraded to Vagrant 1.8 on OS X 10.10.5 with VM Ware Fusion 7.1.3 and vagrant-vmware-fusion (4.0.2), received the following error when trying to start my VMWare VMs:
$ vagrant up An unexpected error occurred while loading the Vagrant VMware provider. Please contact support with the following error code: '7'. Vagrant failed to initialize at a very early stage: The plugins failed to load properly.
