Hi all, I'm getting the following error when running the 'vagrant up' command:

Vagrant assumes that this means the command failed. The output for this command should be in the log above. Please read the output to determine what went wrong. I am using Vagrant 1,8.1. The relevant Vagrantfile <http://pastebin.com/fTcGV9jR> and config.yaml <http://pastebin.com/RsXqjABV> file. I am working on a Windows 7 host machine.
