I have a box created by Packer on my local hard drive and it seems to be installed in Vagrant. When I run "vagrant box list", I can see it.
Yet, when I run "vagrant up", it seems like the installation of Nginx, which I provisioned in Packer, never happened. What can I check or do to find out what I am doing wrong?
